Jobpac AU Payroll Customers who have not registered their SSID need to take action NOW (before 1st October) to ensure STP continues to function in FY27.

Trimble would like to remind Australian Payroll customers utilising a Sending Service Provider (SSP) such as OZEDI for Single Touch Payroll (STP), that they are required to register their SSP and unique Software ID (SSID) with the ATO. The ATO’s initial deadline of June 30th 2026, has been extended to October 1st 2026. STP submissions after October 1st will fail if your SSID is not registered by that date. We recommend you register your SSID with the ATO NOW to avoid disruption for STP submissions after 1st October. Please note that any STP submissions made after this date without a valid SSID registration will fail to process.

The notification is a two-step process:

  1. Retrieve your unique SSID from your Sending Service Provider.  (For those customers using OZEDI, guidance is linked below)
  2. Register this SSID with the ATO via the Access Manager portal.
