Jobpac Payroll Customers need to take action NOW to ensure STP continues to function in FY27.

Trimble would like to remind customers utilising a Sending Service Provider (SSP) for Single Touch Payroll (STP) that they are required to register their SSP and unique Software ID (SSID) with the ATO.
The deadline for this registration is 30 June 2026, but we recommend you do this NOW to avoid disruption in the new financial year. Please note that any STP submissions made after this date without a valid registration will fail to process.

The notification is a two-step process:

  1. Retrieve your unique SSID from your Sending Service Provider.  (For those customers using OZEDI, guidance is linked below)
  2. Register this SSID with the ATO via the Access Manager portal.
