This message is for customers who have entered or posted Subcontract Claims between 13th December 2024 and 24th December 2024, Read on for additional information and links.

This update is related to the Accounts Payable and Subcontractor Payment Values Issue (116735) previously identified and communicated on the Viewpoint status website beginning on 19th December 2024, that is now drawing towards conclusion.

Though delivered resolutions remain stable, out of an abundance of caution, we continue to ask that customers remain vigilant when authorising Subcontract payments to ensure that Claim Values, Retention and tax are checked thoroughly as part of your approval process.

For customers who would like to carry out additional manual reconciliations for Invoices posted during the incident window we have provided some suggested reconciliation instructions at this link. The instructions contain alternate approaches for each step to suit your needs. They describe how you can firstly gather a list of transactions to reconcile that may have been affected during the December incident window, and then how to check some of the forms and data that may have been impacted during the incident. Please adapt to suit your business needs. We understand that this process reconciliation is fairly manual and time consuming, but we believe an important step in regaining 100% confidence in resolutions provided.
