For our customers transitioning to STP2 please note the upcoming deadline OR apply for an individual extension.

With Jobpac Connect 2022-R2, our STP2 solution became generally available for your use. Your transition should hopefully now be complete, or approaching completion, with the 30th September Deferral expiry, granted by the ATO on behalf of all our customers, just around the corner.

You can download the ATO deferral extension letter for your records here DSP_Deferral_Notice_Jobpac_Sep22

We are certainly aware of some of the challenges this transition has brought with it, STP2 can be complex for some customers, and should you need more time for any reason you will need to ensure you have an Individual extension in place. You can access individual extension applications through this ATO Link.  https://www.ato.gov.au/Business/Single-Touch-Payroll/Need-more-time/Deferrals/

  • The STP2 Transition Guide. Available for download from the Customer Support Portal. Please contact Support should you have any trouble locating the document. This document guides you through the data preparation steps required before activating submission in STP2 format. Please note that you can begin your data preparation while continuing to submit in STP1 format with no impact. Activate the STP2 submission switch as the last stage in your process when you are ready.
  • Chamika Ingilizian recently hosted an STP2 Transition Webinar. If you missed the webinar you can access the recording on the Customer Portal, then go to the Product Tab > Jobpac
