Welcome to our second major release of the year! As we move rapidly towards the second half of 2026, we are prioritising your compliance and operational efficiency in this update. From meeting the latest ATO mandates to refining your daily accounts payable workflows, Version 2026.2.0 is designed to keep your business running smoothly and securely.
What’s New in This Release
- Payday Super ATO STP Qualifying Earnings: We’ve implemented essential legislative updates to meet the Payday Super STP Qualifying Earnings requirements. These changes are live ahead of the July 1, 2026 deadline to ensure your payroll remains fully compliant.
- AP & Workflow Enhancements: Enjoy a more streamlined experience in Payment Selections and Invoice Approvals, designed to reduce manual overhead and speed up your payment cycles.
- Customer-Driven Innovation: Your voice matters. We are proud to share that one-third of the enhancements in this release come directly from your submissions to our Suggestion Box.
- Subcontract Retention: We have introduced a new Retention Comments feature that provides greater clarity in your subcontract management.
Important Notices & Project Updates
Looking ahead, please note the following important notices and updates regarding ongoing projects.
- Action Required: SSID Registration: To ensure a seamless transition for FY27, all customers must register their SSID with the ATO before their first STP submission in the new financial year. We recently sent an EDM with instructions to all customers regarding this ATO requirement for Employers, and we will update our in-product message with more information shortly.
- PTRS & PTA Progress: We are currently in the QA phase for PTRS enhancements regarding consolidation & RCTI dates, as well as our final PTA enhancements required for QBCC certification.
- Phased Release Technology: We have commenced testing for a new deployment model. This will soon allow you to choose between Phase 1 or Phase 2 of a release rollout—or utilise both if you maintain a dedicated testing environment.
- TID Rollout reaches 90% complete: 90% of our customers have now successfully transitioned to Trimble ID, the next-generation authentication for all Trimble software solutions. One identity for all Trimble products.
