The upgrade to the Jobpac Connect User Experience (UX) was completed successfully today, Please let us know if you have any issues.
*Note, the UX Uplift only applies to the Web User Interface (WUI) and there will be no changes to the classic GUI Interface. New features such as contextual help will not be available to GUI users and will only be available on the Web User Interface.
As with all releases our goal is minimum to zero disruption to your business and with a user experience upgrade we need to be particularly mindful to help users through the change. Although the new look will not change significantly the way you carry out your day to day processes, and no re-training will be required, a change in user experience does require some familiarization.
With that in mind we highly recommend that you download and read the Release Notes by clicking the link below to see all the changes. And also check out the new Jobpac Connect Navigation Video Guide.
