Blackout Periods
During the year we will have 4 patch installation Blackout periods during the months of December, January, June and July. Any patch installations during a Blackout period will need to follow an exception process.
Server Patching
Patches are applied to our underlying infrastructure typically on the last Sunday of each month. These patches encompass operating system and security updates. To ensure our customers are well-prepared, we provide notifications one week in advance, on the System Service Status page, for any planned infrastructure maintenance outage. Infrastructure maintenance will not take place on Jobpac Release weekends unless by exception. Subscribe to the System Service Status Page here and receive emails to your inbox with every update.
To conclude, a quick note on the upcoming May 18th Jobpac Release. This year, we did not proceed with our regular R1 Release in March, and as such, you will note that our upcoming Release in May will be our 2025-R1 Major Release.
We look forward to delivering continuous innovation to all our customers throughout 2025 as the Jobpac Roadmap rolls on.
Kind Regards
