Dear valued Trimble Viewpoint Customer,
With the end of financial year, we recognise it can be a particularly hectic and challenging time. To assist our Jobpac Connect customers through this period we have updated all required articles and related documentation and posted these on the Jobpac page on the Viewpoint Customer Portal.

Also just some important notes to consider as part of the EOFY process and requirements:
- The end-of-year process cannot be rolled back. It will transfer all current year payment records to history and clear the current year payment tables. If you roll over to the new financial year in error, our Consultants will be able to help you as a chargeable service.
- All STP files must be submitted in Jobpac successfully prior to rolling to a new Financial Year.
- Transaction YTD value for the current financial year cannot be accessed after you roll into the new financial year.
- The payroll transaction code report for the current financial year cannot be accessed after you roll into the new financial year.

For information regarding STP 2 please refer to the links below. Please note STP2 can only be configured once STP has been finalised for the current financial year and you have until the first payday after September 30 to complete this.
